Very disappointing experience.Before placing the order, communication was smooth and full of promises. Once the watch arrived with clear quality issues, everything changed. Responses became slow, and real solutions were replaced with excuses.I did not ask for a discount or a partial refund. I simply want the product I originally ordered, in proper condition. Instead, I was offered money back and a future discount, which feels like an attempt to close the case rather than actually fix the problem.When something goes wrong, this company leaves you on your own. The service after payment does not match the nice words beforehand.Unfortunately, my trust is completely gone. I would not recommend this company if you expect accountability and proper after-sales support.
