This app and website are incredibly frustrating! I can't log in, no matter how many times I reset my password (which can include spaces but not underscores or periods—what's the deal?). Whether I use my email or username, and regardless of receiving a code via email or text, I just can't get in! All I want is to check my Covid booster eligibility—why is this so difficult?
