Frustrating login challenges with app and website!

I'm at my wit's end with this app and website! Despite resetting my password multiple times (which can include spaces but not underscores or periods—what a hassle!), I still can't log in. It doesn't matter if I use my email or username, or if I receive a code via email or text; I just can't access my account! All I want is to check my Covid booster eligibility—why is this so complicated?

Continuous problems and dislike for the indirect process

Continuous problems and dislike for the fact that I can't deal directly with the service but have to use this awful app. There are numerous issues, including truly silly glitches, like reading all my emails and deleting them, yet they still show up as notifications. It also doesn't link properly with the relevant authorities, making it impossible to validate my identity with my driver's license. The dual identity verification is extremely frustrating.

I would rate it zero stars if possible

I would rate it zero stars if possible! Please resolve these issues! I want to pay a tax bill, but the website and app are a nightmare. I've been stuck in an endless cycle of failed logins, resets, and error messages for hours. Why can't I just log in with an SMS code like on every other functional site? I've tried using various methods—none work.

Terrible access experience

Terrible access experience. If this were a private company, people would have been fired and the organization would have gone under. I have a recent degree in cybersecurity, so I know what I'm talking about. This is just awful!

The most exasperating website ever

The most exasperating website ever. I spent two hours trying to log in, then another two hours attempting to link my services, only to get locked out for an hour because it wouldn't recognize the same details it initially provided! It's incredibly frustrating! I've been trying to link services to get a refund for an appointment, and it's taking forever to get through! I can't believe that in 2025, a website can be this ineffective.

Completely useless system!

Completely useless system; it needs a complete redesign. It's complicated and not user-friendly. I've never encountered a more frustrating app. It just makes you angry.

So frustrating!

So frustrating! My partner and I have spent two hours trying to access the service. We both speak English and own businesses. I feel for those who struggle with English, the elderly, or those less familiar with technology—what about them? This is an embarrassment for us to have such an unprofessional system. It is absolutely not user-friendly!

Extremely disappointed with access

I needed to access the service to retrieve my Medicare details since the Medicare app is unavailable. I've wasted hours trying to log in and still can't access it. This system is utterly useless, and I'm reasonably tech-savvy. I can't imagine how older individuals would manage to access their information through this system.

Full of issues and a convoluted process

There are constant login issues with the codes sent via phone. The identity verification process is even worse; it fails without an array of identification. If you get locked out, recovery is nearly impossible—you'll be stuck on the phone for ages. Creating a new account without accessing your old one is a nightmare. How can essential services rely on such a broken system? This entire platform needs a serious overhaul.
