Full of issues and a convoluted process

There are constant login issues with the codes sent via phone. The identity verification process is even worse; it fails without an array of identification. If you get locked out, recovery is nearly impossible—you'll be stuck on the phone for ages. Creating a new account without accessing your old one is a nightmare. How can essential services rely on such a broken system? This entire platform needs a serious overhaul.
