Our taxes at work!

At random times my gov decides it no longer likes the password that has worked numerous times and locks me out. It then doesn't allow me to reset anything as no reset code is ever sent to my email or my mobile (why??) I literally just completed my tax return without changing any log in details, so there is no reason for this to be an issue. Why can't governments ever get tech right??? My Gov should sack its IT team. I understand the need for security but users ought to be able to USE it. Tomorrow I am going to physically go to my Federal MPs office and make them fix it. My gov is too hard to communicate with. Try to phone them haha!
