My child's school started using LifeTouch/Shutterfly for school photo fullfilment. The first year we had to use them, the printed photos were sent. When we looked, they were poorly cut so I couldn't fully see the grade and year that I paid extra to be on the photos. I reached out to their support multiple times, including pics of the ill-cropped photos. No response.Instead of a response, I got hounded with sales emails multiple times per week using my child's name in their marketing speak. It feels very cringey for them to use my child's name in their marketing spam.
