I’ve had a very disappointing experience with We internet service. The connection is extremely unreliable, with very poor speeds. Customer service is also lacking—when I asked to speak with management, I was told that management is not allowed to call and that I would need to visit them in person—wasting my time and money. Calls are consistently long, often around 45 minutes, and the compensation they offer never reflects what we’ve lost. Overall, this is a terrible service.
