The internet is barely working and it doesn't work every day there are so mandays that the internet is just not working and their teams don't do anything about it no matter how many times you call or request anything, also their customer service is terrible and most representatives are rude and they can never give you a solution for anything.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with We internet service. The connection is extremely unreliable, with very poor speeds. Customer service is also lacking—when I asked to speak with management, I was told that management is not allowed to call and that I would need to visit them in person—wasting my time and money. Calls are consistently long, often around 45 minutes, and the compensation they offer never reflects what we’ve lost. Overall, this is a terrible service. The wifi is barely working while I pay so much money to it and they say it's the bets I want unlimited wifi I know you can because when the centarla burned the speed was insane downt pay it's a scam for your money and gas isnet something that you can touch to sell
We is the worst company ever in Egypt, their customer service is rude and not understanding, they don’t even understand how customer service works, they are out for your money and don’t care about providing you the service that you’re paying for, they’re thieves!!
