Just received my daughter’s senior prom dress (Alyce Paris) direct from the designer and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the dress and the amazing customer service from Kaylin! The original dress my daughter picked was out of stock, but Kaylin contacted us immediately and really went above and beyond to show us other options that were of similar style and beadwork. Ultimately, we picked a winner and this dress is even more stunning than the one she chose originally! We simply cannot recommend the variety and customer service at promheadquarters.com highly enough!
The customer service was above and beyond! She contacted me immediately with sizing based on measurements, type of material, whether she thought items would work or not. I ended up buying another dress as well and all worked!!!!! Will definitely be purchasing again
I was supposed to receive a tiara on December 7th in San Antonio for a dear friend's 60th birthday party. Instead of receiving it on time, I called Prom Headquarters only to find out what was happening to my order and was told that PH was out of stock in the item. I had to scramble and find a tiara elsewhere when I was in another city without a car. If you are out of stock in an item, you should let people know up front (it should not be available online). I thought it was in stock and you charged my credit card for it. I've received my refund, but this whole situation could've been avoided and I would've purchased something else from PH.
DRESS IS BEAUTIFUL BUT THE DRESS HAS PURPLE SEQUINCE AND PURPLE GLITTER THE DRESS IS SUPPOSE TO BE NAVY BLUE AND SILVER NO PURPLE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOW THIS BEFORE I ORDERED IT BUT IN DESCRIPTION IT SAID NAVY BLUE AND SILVER. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE TO A SEAMSTRESS TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE.

She spent the time needed, and repeat phone calls, to figure out another option that would work perfectly for my granddaughter. I couldn't have been more pleased. The item was delivered in 5 days and was beautiful and high quality.
