I'm surprised by the positive feedback regarding customer support. My experience has been disrespectful and quite unhelpful, almost feeling hostile and dismissive. I hope this is just a seasonal issue causing poor communication, unclear production and delivery timelines, and inadequate customer assistance. I will update this review if my product arrives, but at this moment, I am quite doubtful about a positive outcome.
