Review Time
This is the most frustrating experience that i ever have, the website is misleading, the preview picture you saw online is NOT TRUE. After you paid, they will contact you and said they will send you a final design. It took the em 10 days to send me that design picture and still missing 1 person figure in it.
I paid extra to speed up the process and shipping, but still waiting after 10 days. And they ignore your refund request. I still dont know whether i will receive it or what will i receive as of now.
Their website pretends to be a company serving western countries customers mostly but they are actually a Chinese company - Guangzhou Maiyuan E-commerce Co.,Ltd
Be careful, dont fall for this. Those 5 stars comments are totally fake.
The first design was pretty close to what I wanted. And I requested to have some touch up to at least make it 95% similarity.
After I received the revised version, it was totally not what I wanted for the revised version. Worse still it was even far different from the first design.
I requested to use back the first design to do the touch up but I didn’t receive any response on the revised design. I have no choice but to request to base in the first design as I don’t have much time left to receive this by Valentine day.
I received it on Wednesday and again was disappointed after I saw the final product as the final product is not the same as the first design.
The brown patch should be only on the left side of the eye (both original and and first design are correct) but the final product came with both eyes have the brown patch hence it makes it no longer looks unique.
Was broken on arrival. Shabby quality. Their solution was $5 refund and I should glue it. I'm sure the recipient of the gift would love that.
Emails circled around and around. If I want a replacement I need to pay more shipping. No thanks. Rather money back.
Not only does this company have a unique selection of products, but the staff is very helpful as well. I worked with Lindsay and had some questions about customizing my order. She was very helpful and clear about the steps to fulfill what I needed done. Will for sure be ordering from this company again soon.
I was genuinely impressed and delighted with the outcome. The keychain figure was not only beautifully crafted and detailed, but the thoughtful inclusion of the original photo in the package added a lovely touch. It's clear that a lot of dedication and care went into each item. This truly surpassed what I had anticipated!
Complete disappointment with the order. I purchased a 3D figure in a specific yoga pose as advertised, but what I received was a completely generic figure that had nothing to do with yoga. It didn't resemble the item shown in the listing at all. The quality was subpar—the paint was dull and appeared cheap and poorly done. The support team was unhelpful: they offered only empty apologies with no accountability and made no effort to resolve their mistake. To top it off, they insisted that I pay for return shipping along with a so-called “restocking fee” for their error, which is outrageous and unacceptable. Steer clear of this seller unless you want to throw your money away.
Be cautious about the reviews, as they seem to be written by employees or automated accounts. My orders took over a month to arrive, even after paying extra for faster delivery. The support team provided only generic responses and did not offer a refund, not even a partial one.
The quality of the figures is very disappointing, and the plastic Christmas ornaments are excessively large compared to the figures. One of the plastic balls arrived cracked. None of the ornament materials can be used. The overall quality feels cheap and lacks proportion. Additionally, the return and refund policy is unsatisfactory. I am very let down.
I'm surprised by the positive feedback regarding customer support. My experience has been disrespectful and quite unhelpful, almost feeling hostile and dismissive. I hope this is just a seasonal issue causing poor communication, unclear production and delivery timelines, and inadequate customer assistance. I will update this review if my product arrives, but at this moment, I am quite doubtful about a positive outcome.
Steer clear of this store! I placed an order for several items and opted for priority shipping. Over a week later, there were no updates. When I reached out to the support team, they informed me that my order would ship soon, but I received the same generic reply after multiple inquiries. Now, after 2.5 weeks, my order has yet to arrive, and the items haven't even been picked up for delivery. The customer service is incredibly unhelpful, providing no real insight into the situation, and responses take more than 24 hours, even with follow-ups. When they do respond, it's always very vague.
