Complete disappointment with the order. I purchased a 3D figure in a specific yoga pose as advertised, but what I received was a completely generic figure that had nothing to do with yoga. It didn't resemble the item shown in the listing at all. The quality was subpar—the paint was dull and appeared cheap and poorly done. The support team was unhelpful: they offered only empty apologies with no accountability and made no effort to resolve their mistake. To top it off, they insisted that I pay for return shipping along with a so-called “restocking fee” for their error, which is outrageous and unacceptable. Steer clear of this seller unless you want to throw your money away.
