The first design was pretty close to what I wanted. And I requested to have some touch up to at least make it 95% similarity.
After I received the revised version, it was totally not what I wanted for the revised version. Worse still it was even far different from the first design.
I requested to use back the first design to do the touch up but I didn’t receive any response on the revised design. I have no choice but to request to base in the first design as I don’t have much time left to receive this by Valentine day.
I received it on Wednesday and again was disappointed after I saw the final product as the final product is not the same as the first design.
The brown patch should be only on the left side of the eye (both original and and first design are correct) but the final product came with both eyes have the brown patch hence it makes it no longer looks unique.
