This is the most frustrating experience that i ever have, the website is misleading, the preview picture you saw online is NOT TRUE. After you paid, they will contact you and said they will send you a final design. It took the em 10 days to send me that design picture and still missing 1 person figure in it.
I paid extra to speed up the process and shipping, but still waiting after 10 days. And they ignore your refund request. I still dont know whether i will receive it or what will i receive as of now.
Their website pretends to be a company serving western countries customers mostly but they are actually a Chinese company - Guangzhou Maiyuan E-commerce Co.,Ltd
Be careful, dont fall for this. Those 5 stars comments are totally fake.
