I have never encountered such a level of incompetence in a financial tech application. After dedicating over 4 hours today and 2 hours last week, along with extensive documentation, they still can't even verify a payment. They froze my account after more than 3 years, citing insufficient documentation. When I contacted the support team, they confirmed the account was blocked due to documentation issues, but offered no solution other than to re-apply. Unfortunately, I couldn't re-apply because my email was also frozen.
