As many others have noted in various reviews, these are merely their strategies to withhold your money. It's alarming that they are still allowed to operate.

They constantly request more information just after submission, and then follow up with an automated message saying they are closing your account. It feels like a scam, or at least a lack of professionalism on their part. I would not recommend anyone to use this service; it should be removed from the market.
