Avoid this service; it feels like a scam! I had to link my account due to a previous bad experience with another payment service, but it simply does not work! They keep asking me to restart the registration process repeatedly, while holding more than €1,000 that has already been sent to them. They confirmed receipt via email, complete with ID and amount. I have sent countless emails, mostly receiving automated replies with vague guidelines, but never a clear answer to my main question: where is my money? Stay away, or you risk losing your funds!
