I wish I could use their services, but I couldn't even register for an account. Everything seemed fine; I uploaded all documents, and they requested a few more. Then I received a message stating, 'your account registration has been declined.' When I followed up with customer support, they were abrupt and told me not to send any more messages or they would be ignored. I still have no idea why my account was not approved.
