I have never encountered such extreme incompetence in a financial tech service. After spending over 4 hours today and an additional 2 hours last week, along with providing extensive documentation, they still can't confirm a payment. They froze my account after more than 3 years, citing insufficient documentation. When I contacted the support team, they confirmed that my account was blocked due to documentation issues but offered no solution other than to re-apply. Unfortunately, I couldn't 're-apply' because my email was also frozen.
