Terrible Experience!!! Wish I could give negative stars. Payoneer's customer service is horrible. I have tried to recover my Payoneer account since February but can't. They reply emails with canned responses that don't address the issue and don't pick up phone calls from users in Africa. If you live in Africa, you are considered a fraudster or scammer by default. It takes over a week to reply to each email and each time it is a agent who asks you to explain everything again.
