I thought I had canceled my subscription after purchasing the app because I found it unhelpful. The cancellation didn’t go through, and I was charged for the next month anyway. I noticed the charge shortly after and explained my situation, requesting a refund. I was informed that, according to their terms and conditions, refunds aren’t provided. I don't understand why a service I wasn't using would still be billed, as usage can be tracked in reports. Very disappointing customer service and billing experience.
