It’s maddening to be told I agreed to this charge when the information wasn’t communicated clearly from the start. Instead of receiving genuine assistance, I felt like I was speaking to an automated system—someone who didn’t care about my concerns or emotions. Their inflexible policies left me feeling trapped, as if my voice didn’t matter at all. After several attempts to resolve my issues, I was met with silence and apathy, which only heightened my frustration. This organization needs to reassess how they treat their customers; it’s simply unacceptable to leave individuals feeling undervalued and disrespected. I cannot recommend this service to anyone seeking real support, as my experience has demonstrated that they prioritize their policies over their customers’ well-being. I inquired about the $99 charge, believing it must have been an error and asking for it to be rectified, only to have my subscription canceled immediately! An app that is meant to help you improve! This organization should be reported for these unethical practices to the relevant authorities and any other official entities. It’s utterly wrong to treat people who were genuinely eager to pay for help in their self-improvement, who placed their trust in the service! This entire situation has been deeply disappointing, and I hope my experience helps others avoid a similar outcome.

Charged After Cancellation

I thought I had canceled my subscription after purchasing the app because I found it unhelpful. The cancellation didn’t go through, and I was charged for the next month anyway. I noticed the charge shortly after and explained my situation, requesting a refund. I was informed that, according to their terms and conditions, refunds aren’t provided. I don't understand why a service I wasn't using would still be billed, as usage can be tracked in reports. Very disappointing customer service and billing experience.
