I tried a prebiotic/probiotic product from this company. While the product was decent, I encountered issues when I inadvertently activated my subscription while browsing their site. They charged my credit card without my consent. When I contacted customer service about my complaint, they claimed there was nothing they could do. I genuinely believe this company exploits people and would not recommend their services. If you're looking for telehealth options, consider other providers.
