You absolutely cannot cancel your subscription. The M4 product messed up my skin, so I want to cancel, and they give you directions that don't work, they don't respond to support email, and the customer service msg says they are too small and don't answer phone calls! Horrible customer service for a very expensive product!
After getting no real help or hope from multiple doctors, this product made a real difference. The estradiol-based formula was gentle and effective. Their face cream and intimate product brought comfort—something people don’t talk about enough. It’s truly been a game changer for me, and ordering was super simple!

I approached alloy in the hopes of finding an estrogen cream for my face, which is very dry due to menopause. After being referred to a “doctor” I received a recommendation to purchase three medications for over $300. I went ahead and did that and they arrived in tiny bottles with labels that cannot be red so I have no idea what the ingredients are. After using them for three days, my face became so swollen that my eyes were swollen shut. I had unremitting, sneezing and watery eyes, and my face was so itchy that I had to take Benadryl. I was unable to work for two days. I went to a dermatologist who told me that I should dispose of these creams immediately, and that they were probably made in China. When I asked the company for a refund, they said they have a no refund policy. This seems absurd for multiple reasons, not the least of which is the fact that they gave such a small amount of these creams and gave no warning that there would be such a severe allergic reaction. I did not get one offer to remedy the situation either monetarily or physically. No phone call from the alleged doctor, just a denial of my request for a refund. To add insult to injury, they emailed me that they had canceled my subscription, and I was no longer able to log into my account to continue my conversation with the virtual doctor. They are a complete sham and I don’t know where all these positive reviews are coming from- their staff is probably writing them.
If i could give this company a negative number rating i would. When you check out to pay for your products you can elect the option “no subscription “. This company will continue to send products and charge you for them. If you miss an email from them where they bury an option to not send a product, you will get charged and there is no refund. I have contacted customer service many times and no refund.

I genuinely believe this company exploits people and would not recommend their services. If you're looking for telehealth options, consider other providers.
