Yes they refunded the cost of the goods, HOWEVER since they broke our sales contract by sending POLYESTER rather than the advertised CASHMERE sweater I expect the shipping and shipping protection to be returned also AND a prepaid return label. This is not happening. If anyone is tempted to buy any nice item at a great discount Please google "patchwork Cashmere jumper" if the company you are potentially buying from shows this item, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING they operate under many different names and they are potentially ALL RUBBISH.
