They then offered to refund only 5% of my payment while allowing me to keep the oversized, unattractive hoodie they sent. Zero stars if possible!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered a $50 sweater that arrived smelling musty and was poorly made, with yarn coming undone. When I attempted to return it, I was informed it would cost me $30 to do so. Not worth it, extremely frustrating. Customer service is terrible and unhelpful.

Incorrect sizes and poor quality!

I purchased clothing for my son as a gift. Out of 5 or 6 items, only one fit properly (the sizes do not match real standards). I spent nearly $200, but they only refunded 15%, which is about $28. I had to cover the return shipping costs myself, despite the sizing issues! What a terrible experience! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will receive ill-fitting clothes and be stuck with them since they won't cover return shipping!

Completely untrustworthy - AVOID

This company is a total sham - STAY AWAY. They have great marketing but offer poor customer service, long delivery times, and sell misrepresented products of extremely low quality. It’s far worse than other platforms - it should be shut down. STEER CLEAR!

Fraudulent practices observed

Guarantee not honored

I ordered what seemed to be a lovely winter jacket that was advertised as one size fits all. As a size 12 woman, I assumed it would fit. The website promised 'satisfaction guaranteed.' However, upon attempting to return it, I was told to keep it and only offered a 20% refund or a 50% off another purchase. Not acceptable!
