I spent $490 on a part for which I provided the VIN. They sent the incorrect part and refused to reimburse my return. I had to pay $70 to send it back before learning of their no return policy. This was entirely their mistake, and now I'm out the money. It's the most unreasonable situation I've encountered. I'm considering reporting them for consumer fraud and advise against purchasing from such an unreliable business.
