Truly awful experience with MyAutoShop. A screw up on their part left me an extra $300 out of pocket. When I tried to complain I was met with some of the rudest, most inconsiderate customer service I have ever experienced. Got ignored and brushed off so bad I had to email the CEO. Considering he also didn’t really seem to care, feels like the organisation as a whole doesn’t value customer satisfaction. I’m not usually so much of a Karen, but these people drove me genuinely insane with their awful stonewalling tactics and blasé attitude.
