Been waiting since December for them to sort our car out, numerous calls to ask on updates and just lately last week called to follow up after getting nothing since January and they had no notes on file about what needed to be done on our car, sent them an email of what needed to be done, only to ring today a week later and apparently no email was sent and no notes still on file of what needs to be fixed ! Asked them to call my partner and no call was made as he has all the information on the car. Bloody ridiculous.
