AVOID!!!!! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Bought a car seat for my baby before he was born so it was left in the box for a few weeks unused, when it came to using it I used it for one week before realising it was faulty. The straps get trapped so it will not tighten. The car seat itself is poorly made so the seat belt that holds the car seat in makes it very difficult to get your child in and out without decapitating your child. After raising concerns via email as instructed on the website I was asked to provide photos and video evidence that it was faulty. I uploaded videos multiple times and was told “we can’t see the video”. I think this company is just playing silly beggars! After asking what other platform I can send the video across on I was eventually told to do this his instagram dm, I have done this and have been completely ignored. DO NOT buy from this company unless you want to be ripped off and robbed off. !!!!!!!
