Tried to cancel the order within 10 minutes of purchasing as realised ordered the wrong one. To be told I couldn't as they have already dispatched although it was pre-orderered for 16th March. They told me to cancel it i would have to refuse delivery but Dpd leave it on the doorstep in a communal flat for a product of high price is not acceptable. Can't be asked with the agro of returning will not be ordering again.
Absolutely horrific. Delivery driver left my parcel on the my door step while I wasnt in I never got a notification to say it was being delivered. Someone had stolen it and there saying they can’t do anything as the delivery driver co ordinates meet my address.

That same day, the company contacted me to inform me that a replacement would be sent out right away. I have now received it, and my order is complete.
