My daughter sent her suitcase from Australia to the Netherlands through this company. With €350 in shipping fees (not including insurance!), this service is anything but affordable, but it appeared to be a trustworthy option. Unfortunately, that proved to be a grave error. The suitcase was sent via UPS and has ended up in Shenzhen, China, where it has been stuck for weeks. My daughter can track its exact location, but despite numerous reports and claims made to both the company and UPS, no action has been taken. The contents of the suitcase are valued at around €3000, including personal and irreplaceable items. Yet both companies have closed the claims without any follow-up. They show “understanding,” but do nothing to address the problem. There is a lack of initiative, accountability, and communication. This service is unreliable, with subpar support, poor communication, and a dreadful claims process.
