My daughter sent her suitcase from Australia to the Netherlands through this company. With €350 in shipping fees (not including insurance!), this service is anything but affordable, but it appeared to be a trustworthy option. Unfortunately, that proved to be a grave error. The suitcase was sent via UPS and has ended up in Shenzhen, China, where it has been stuck for weeks. My daughter can track its exact location, but despite numerous reports and claims made to both the company and UPS, no action has been taken. The contents of the suitcase are valued at around €3000, including personal and irreplaceable items. Yet both companies have closed the claims without any follow-up. They show “understanding,” but do nothing to address the problem. There is a lack of initiative, accountability, and communication. This service is unreliable, with subpar support, poor communication, and a dreadful claims process.

Delivery timing could be better

My luggage arrived at the end of the estimated delivery window, and there was a moment when it seemed it would be even later. It was frustrating to select the expedited delivery option only to learn that seasonal factors might delay my luggage for up to 3 days. I was also informed that due to the destination, a 2-day delivery promise could not be guaranteed. It's disappointing to pay for expedited service only to find that the delivery speed isn't as quick as expected. This is important to consider if timing is crucial. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable, pick-up was straightforward, and the suitcase arrived undamaged despite customs delays and checks. I would consider using the service again as it met my needs, and if my experience improves, it could be worth exploring further. Note: The customs forms process can be complicated and requires careful planning and knowledge of your packing, but this isn't the fault of the service, just something for customers to keep in mind.

Extremely unsatisfactory experience.

Extremely unsatisfactory experience. The delivery took an additional four weeks when I shipped my items internationally, and upon arrival, I was unexpectedly charged an extra €180. How is this even reasonable? I will not be using this service again and cannot recommend it!

A Pleasant Surprise with This Service

I was unfamiliar with this service before, and I was genuinely impressed. Everything went smoothly. I shipped a suitcase and chose this option because they allow you to send it without wrapping. They arranged to pick it up from my home and called me on the collection day to ensure I was there for the courier. The baggage arrived without any problems. I highly recommend it.

Completely unacceptable - a total fraud.

Completely unacceptable - a total fraud. I would have rated it 0 stars if I could. Please steer clear of this service at all costs. We followed all their instructions - our luggage was delayed for 2 weeks, leading to significant customs fees. We were without clothing for 5 out of 9 days of our holiday, and to make matters worse, the courier charged us another $550 USD. They are deceitful and untrustworthy - this was my first and last experience with this service. I am recovering from cancer and needed assistance with my luggage, which is why I opted for their delivery. They are a disgrace.

Outstanding service, wonderful experience

Outstanding and highly efficient service all around. Responded swiftly to my online inquiries. Clear and straightforward instructions for packing and collection were provided. Frequent updates on the status of goods during transit were readily accessible. Extremely cost-effective and worth every penny. The courier service was very professional, and the delivery driver was friendly and accommodating. I would gladly use this service again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
