Frustrating checkout experience and poor support

Additionally, the customer support has been lacking; I’ve sent multiple requests to cancel but haven’t received any responses to the provided email. I suggest looking for a service that offers a phone number for direct communication or opting for platforms like Amazon, which are always straightforward for returns and refunds. The company should consider replacing the AI bot with real customer support representatives. Overall, not impressed!
