This service appears questionable. I was charged $19.99 for a gift bag I didn’t order, and upon discovering a $26 shipping fee, I attempted to cancel my order via chat. The chatbot informed me that an agent would email me soon. Two hours passed with no response, and there was no acknowledgment of the chat. When I reached out directly to the support team, I received an auto-reply directing me back to the chatbot for assistance. This has been a very confusing experience, and my trust in this service is diminishing. I am now seeking a full refund and have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. UPDATE: The service has stated they will refund me for the gift bag I didn’t order, but that is inadequate. I requested a refund for the entire order, which they are ignoring. I will provide documentation of my request for the full refund made shortly after placing the order to support my dispute with my credit card company. Additionally, I have not received any email confirming that the product has been shipped or a tracking number. Given that I requested the full refund yesterday, I expected a prompt response. I see in other reviews that I am not alone in experiencing unaddressed cancellation requests.
