I was automatically charged $95 for another year of access to the service, and canceling is nearly impossible since there's no contact information in the app. The Account Settings do not provide an option to cancel the charge. It's frustrating trying to figure out how to stop this charge. Additionally, the unit has deteriorated after just a year of use—the landing area for birds has been damaged by squirrels, rendering it practically useless as they can't land, and adding new seed just results in it falling out. Moreover, there's no adequate support within the app to help with these hardware problems, just a FAQ page on a CRM they utilize. This level of customer service is disappointing for a product that isn't essential.
