First time buyer of a bkr after Googling for a glass water bottle, so was pretty gobsmacked to receive my high-end bottle without a lid. I called straight away as I had it delivered to my work and had hoped to use it that very day.There was no reply and no voicemail facility when I called on Saturday so I sent an email. I received a perfunctory apology and reply on Monday stating that it was a ‘picking error’ and a further email to show they’d sent out an ‘extra’ cap.I hope to enjoy using my £40 water bottle eventually but will resist recommending it to members at the exclusive members sports club in Putney where I work or at my hot yoga studio in Wimbledon.Of course mistakes do happen but how that mistake is rectified is everything for me. Shame.
