Customer service is nonexistent. There is no phone number to call and their only contact email address (help@mybkr) specifically listed for questions, exchanges, and returns is not functioning.My problem was that I received a bottle with a leaky top. Order (#480737) All I wanted was a new top or to exchange it for a new bottle. In the past 30 days I have emailed them four times with no response. I have also direct messaged them on Instagram multiple times with no response. I have now started commenting on the post themselves trying to get somebody’s attention.
Great bottles, I have been loyal since before they were a thing. Love everything about these bottles and what they stand for, however customer service is unacceptable.For the cost of these bottles, I would expect someone to be available to tend to customer care matters. I have had bottles and glasses cracked or broken in transit over the years. Consistently, I either get no response, or a lot of pushback despite photos taken the day of arrival, and despite having purchased shipping protection and despite having been a loyal customer for so long. Please respond to your customers’ emails, bkr. Less time being cute on insta and more time on worky-work please.
Bought a 500ml bottle by mistake to replace a 1 litre bottle that I had smashed, contacted customer service several times, via the address on their website, No one! has got back to me that was over 3 weeks ago, so I sent it back with all my details enclosed over two weeks ago, still not heard any thing, don’t think I will, still bkr are £15.00 better off than me. Don’t use them their customer service is shocking. Should be ashamed of yourselves bkr!
Ordered a bunch of bottles on Sunday using fast delivery at extra charge. From perspective, the bottles are a tad overpriced. Either way, the bottles are due to be delivered tomorrow yet no news that they were shipped so I’d be surprised. Also no communication from customer service not a response to my emails. No way to get hold of them. Feels like a scam. I would be very careful.Update: I got a response today to one of my emails. I person names Jae said delivery takes 2-9 days ignoring the fact that I paid extra $25 for a 2day FedEx delivery. I asked for full refund - watch this space. Definitely not recommended- this business is unprofessional and doesn’t make their clients the priority.
First time buyer of a bkr after Googling for a glass water bottle, so was pretty gobsmacked to receive my high-end bottle without a lid. I called straight away as I had it delivered to my work and had hoped to use it that very day.There was no reply and no voicemail facility when I called on Saturday so I sent an email. I received a perfunctory apology and reply on Monday stating that it was a ‘picking error’ and a further email to show they’d sent out an ‘extra’ cap.I hope to enjoy using my £40 water bottle eventually but will resist recommending it to members at the exclusive members sports club in Putney where I work or at my hot yoga studio in Wimbledon.Of course mistakes do happen but how that mistake is rectified is everything for me. Shame.
