The representative was fantastic, and since I had previously visited the store, I knew what I wanted. She was very personable and pleasant. I initially wanted a chaise couch, but the two-month wait was too long for me. The representative showed me other options, and I ended up purchasing a different couch with a much shorter four-day wait for delivery. She went above and beyond when I wasn't satisfied with the available colors, suggesting slipcovers and even sharing the website she used. I also needed tables, and she helped me find the perfect fit for my small space. I’m looking forward to my new couch and will share a review once it arrives.
