Great Assistance from the Representative

The representative was fantastic, and having previously visited the store, I had a clear idea of what I wanted. She was very personable and pleasant. I initially wanted a chaise couch, but the two-month wait was too long for me. The representative showed me other options, and I ended up purchasing a different couch with a much shorter four-day wait for delivery. She went above and beyond when I wasn't satisfied with the available colors, suggesting slipcovers and even sharing the website she used. I also needed tables, and she helped me find the perfect fit for my small space. I’m looking forward to my new couch and will share a review once it arrives.

The three men who delivered the furniture arrived early, were friendly, and knew exactly what to do for the setup. They even asked me to inspect their work before leaving. I was very satisfied with their service.

Privacy Concerns

The sales representative was decent, but there was an issue and she focused more on another customer than on me, leading me to withdraw from the sale. A woman wrongfully accused my dog of biting her child, which was absurd. I left the store, and the sales representative kept expressing sympathy, but my friend clarified that the child was simply scared. To make matters worse, the manager provided my phone number to this woman, violating my privacy. It’s shocking that they don’t train their staff on customer confidentiality. Now, my dog is quarantined, and I plan to pursue a lawsuit for the privacy breach.

Disappointing Service – Will Not Return

I scheduled a delivery for 10:00 AM and waited at home all day, only to have them cancel at 3:00 PM without any notice. I took the day off work for this, and it was a complete waste of time. When I contacted customer service, the representatives and managers were unprofessional and unhelpful. They only kept repeating that they 'understand' but did nothing to resolve the issue. It felt like no one wanted to take accountability. Furthermore, the furniture quality is subpar for the price paid. Based on this experience, I will not shop here again and cannot recommend them to others.

Avoid at All Costs

If you have a deadline or value your sanity, avoid this store. We placed our order on August 5th, clearly stating our timeline due to upcoming events. Now, four months later, we have missed all those milestones without our furniture. The sales representative misled us about the bed set needing a box spring, which we had to buy separately. Delivery was chaos, with many items arriving late or incomplete. After waiting months, we were told to wait even longer for screws to assemble our dining table. This has been the worst consumer experience I've ever had. If you're moving, seek alternatives. This store has ruined our experience.
