The withdrawal process is always longer than with any other broker. I can accept under 24 hours, but it has now exceeded that. After contacting the support team, I received generic replies stating that withdrawals are under finance and that I need to wait. This is quite frustrating. The chat was closed abruptly. Update: Customer service mentioned my withdrawal would process within 48 hours. It’s been 30 hours. I will wait. Final update: Withdrawal was successful after 30 hours, but it wasn’t approved or processed as indicated by the service.
