Wholly UNSATISFACTORY from start to finish.I ordered a pair of shoes in UK size 6, when they arrived, I had been sent a UK size 7. Having sent an email to inform the sender of the error, I was met with a message telling me that since my order, the sellers “sizing chart” had changed (they are using standard European sizes) and therefore it was me who had in fact been mistaken in my ordering of the correct size for myself. When I pointed out that this was obviously an oversight on the seller’s behalf but would be happy to send them back and receive the size that I had ordered in exchange, there followed a lengthy and frankly bizarrely disrespectful exchange, during which I was told that unless the item was defective, I would not be offered the opportunity to receive the item that I had originally ordered. I pointed out that, given the footwear would not fit my feet, and they had clearly been sent in error, they were not fit for the purpose that they had been ordered for. I received a blunt and rude response informing me that this was “not their problem”. If you expect to receive what you ordered, or to have even a vague semblance of customer service DO NOT ORDER from this company. Absolute con.Hope this helps.
