Finallly boots arrived took two weeks Thought this company was British but it wasn’t However arrived quicker than temu so that bonus Did email them to ask where they was and they did respond after day so that was good sent me link to track on line It said they’ve somewhere else than said they was out of delivery They arrived this morning they are amazing quilty even the socks i ordered are good quality x came in a Plastic bag not boxed as the video showed but still packaged lovely Would order again as want the apricot ones Friend ordered similar pair off Amazon and they not as good quality as they are from my boots x
Only gave 1 star as can’t select zero! Wish I’d come on Trustpilot before buying. Not impressed with quality and boots are too small in size, even though I read through reviews saying true to size. Their refund policy is, well, they don’t really have one! Don’t buy!!

Just received my boots after ordering a few days ago and I love them!! I’ll be honest, I ordered them then read the reviews on here and panicked, but I can honestly, they’re gorgeous and I’m very happy!! They’re well made and I got the beige colour and true to size. Very pleased with my purchase x
Do not order from this company !!!! I ordered boots, came from china not uk and arrived damaged. Only way to contact them is via email, they made up some excuse as to why they couldn’t issue a return label, emailed a few times with no response for refund in the end had to go to my bank.
Bought in good faith boots didn’t fit round my ankle returned for a refund and refused! Only offered 30% off next order complete scam why would I want to buy anything else when I have a pair of boots I cannot wear! Buyers beware!!!
Absolutely disgusting company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ordered my usual shoe/boot size of 7.5 (didn't go any bigger) but they are way too small! More like a size 6. Have contacted for a refund but just seen on their site they do not give refunds unless item is faulty. We'll, I'd say a shoe not the size advertised is faulty and false advertising! Hoping to get my money back but not looking good sadly
