Very misleading headers on website!! They do not exchange at all or refund!! The sizing was way too big. Usually it would fit. All I requested was to exchange the size. Not a big request for a shoe store right?? Wrong, it advertised 30 day guarantee BUT fine print is only for faulty items. I would assume that's a given. They will not, even when I said I will pay to ship them back exchange a size. Lesson learned.
