Terrible customer service and they refuse to exchange or refund boots unless they are “damaged” I thought two pairs that were quite big in size for a 6.5 so I wanted to exchange for a smaller size in them both or refund and buy again whichever they could do and feet wouldn’t let me! Never again!!
