Worst company. Purchased a hair dryer and straightner from US site, shipping to canada. 2 months later no product. I got in touch with the company and right away someone re-shipped and they apologized. I was greatful and didnt think much of it.30 days later , no product. This time i was upset and told them to ship right away which they did. .Items arrived days later and had an australian connector .. seriously? I am in North America!! They then no longer were nice and said I Made my choice & products were not returnable. PURE GARBAGE
