I regret that I did my research late. It has been three weeks and my order has not arrived. I emailed their customer service several times, but Google said the mail could not be delivered AKA the company rejected the mail. There is no way that I can reach them now. It's too late to reverse the transaction made because it has been weeks since I paid using my CC. Please tell me how I can get my money back. I hope that social media sites (Attention: FB and IG) will be made responsible, too, by letting the scammers use their platforms to scam people. I wish these sites demanded verification of business legitimacy from all their advertisers.
Worst company. Purchased a hair dryer and straightner from US site, shipping to canada. 2 months later no product. I got in touch with the company and right away someone re-shipped and they apologized. I was greatful and didnt think much of it.30 days later , no product. This time i was upset and told them to ship right away which they did. .Items arrived days later and had an australian connector .. seriously? I am in North America!! They then no longer were nice and said I Made my choice & products were not returnable. PURE GARBAGE
The scam is a company where the web address is brushxshop.com.I purchased in a rush a multi styler and only after waiting 10 days for an update on the delivery did I look closer at the seller. The contact number is a mobile which rings abroad, the company address is registered in the UK BUT you have to return the product to Belgium.Brushx should sue the company for using their name DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
This company is a scam what the hell is so bad especially when I'm on the pension and you rip people off especially when they were Xmas presents for my daughters I just lost my husband to cancer in may and now this absolutely disgraceful
Do not purchase from BrushX. The product seems like it’s from the pits of Wish.com AND when I asked for a return/ refund, they wrote back and said I MUST send a picture / video and detail as to why I don’t want their product anymore and then they will respond with whether or not my claim is sufficient enough for a refund. Also, you cannot leave a review on their Facebook page and they do not have an Instagram page where people can comment and/ or review. There’s ZERO places to leave a review 🚩. Currently waiting to see if my reasoning is enough for a refund. I told them, as a paying customer, I believe just simply being not happy with their product should be enough for a return and refund.. especially with the original packaging. What a joke
