Do not purchase from BrushX. The product seems like it’s from the pits of Wish.com AND when I asked for a return/ refund, they wrote back and said I MUST send a picture / video and detail as to why I don’t want their product anymore and then they will respond with whether or not my claim is sufficient enough for a refund. Also, you cannot leave a review on their Facebook page and they do not have an Instagram page where people can comment and/ or review. There’s ZERO places to leave a review 🚩. Currently waiting to see if my reasoning is enough for a refund. I told them, as a paying customer, I believe just simply being not happy with their product should be enough for a return and refund.. especially with the original packaging. What a joke
