**BUYER BEWARE!!**I ordered the brush x in black in Nov and did not receive it in the delivery timeframe. I had to send follow up emails not on e but about 3?times before they responded. Finally in January I received the brush. It was pink, a different Color from my order request. The box was crushed and torn and the brush control switch which should move to three different positions would not move. I emailed brush x to tell them of the wrong order Color and faulty brush. They did not respond. I emailed again. They still did not respond. I emailed them 2 more times. Still no response. I sense that there is either no customer service or they are a company that send faulty unusable products to customers in the hope they give up trying to obtain money back. I am overseas based so it is not worth sending the brush back. I’ve given up on this product and company and realise I’ve wasted money on their scam. I would NOT recommend or advise buying a brushx. Bad company and useless product.
