I placed the order and received this product approx. 6 weeks later. I did receive a $5 refund for my inconvenience since tracking information was not be updated, product lost and reshipped. When I finally received my product I felt that I received a knock-off (because the instructions said beard straightener and Brushx was not on the product or box - I did a quick check on YouTube and their Website - everyone else's had the branding on the product). When I contacted them with pictures they assured me it was their product. I then sent them pictures from eBay where I could have purchased the exact same product for 1/2 of what I paid. I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience and decided to return the product. They did honor their refund policy that as soon as I sent them the tracking info a refund was processed (less the $5 I received earlier). I truly believe that I did receive a knock-off. They do state if you are returning a product it is at your expense (shipping from Canada was costly) when you are returning a sub-par product.
